Our Services

Currently at body+mind we offer massage therapy for a variety of treatments and conditions, including, but not limited to, sprains and strains, tendinitis, headaches, TMJ (jaw), pregnancy related pains, plantar fasciitis, sciatica, stress relief and general wellness.

Our RMTs are known to be able to "get into the deep knots" however we always discuss pressure with the client ahead of time, and during the massage treatment, to ensure that the clients needs are met.

All of our Massage Therapists are registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Booking Policy

At Body+mind we kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment if needed (cancel at any time if you are unwell with Covid-19 symptoms). You can email us at rina_mcnairn@yahoo.com.

We reserve the right to charge you 100% of the treatment fee for any missed appointments.
